Isa sa mga pinakapatok na feature section ng AxlPowerhouse ang Hot Spot kung saan tinatampok ang ilan sa mga magagaling at matitikas na litralista ng bansa kaya naman sa taong 2016 mas sinisigurado ko na mas malaman ang mga bawat feature person ang makikita ninyo sa Hot Spot.

I am a rebel, villain, a tormentor by heart. I just control it and express it in ample amounts from my images.
What is your current state of mind before we continue with the interview?
I am enraged and excited to get to my next Obra
How did you get started in photography?
I started when i started taking shots using my phone, i kinda feel they look good, and maybe it needed my attention, then I brought my first DSLR D40 from someone, and that's how i started taking stills.
Did you go to school to study photography?
No, I felt that the researcher in me needs to be put into good use. So i studied photography on my own.
What camera did you use?
Hmmh, it's got to be in order of ownership so from december 2013 - d40, June 2014 - d3200, March 2015 - d90
How would you characterize the style of your photography?
My style is pretty much basic, but what makes it different is the way I look at the frame before and during the shot. The image is already scanned and i have imagined probably almost all the negative spaces and photobombers that can ruin it.but if there would be any surprises, i keep my fingers crossed for that.
Can you share with us some recent images?
Yes, 3-4 new pics not yet unveiled, and some of my personal favorites.
And what's the story behind it?
Well the story it's almost always a dark story, like my "Puting Uwak", it happens during editing, rarely does my work have a story staight out of camera. The story is based on the character of the model, The lights, details, and the title.
Who or what influenced you to become a photographer?
My favorite Glamour photographer, Sir Advan Ramirez, we're neighbors 20 years ago, and when FB came around, I added him, and I saw his works, they are awesome, and i continue to be inspired by him.
What Influenced me are the magazines and novels that i read and the imagination that it fed me through the years.
How did you become a photographer?
Through intense self-studying of the title and it's purpose, self- criticism in the images that i make. and well some clients requesting that i take their photos.
And When did your career start as a professional photographer?
That was back in June 2014, my first paid wedding gig. I really didn't know a lot about it then but i have an idea what that is.
How did you go about selling your first photograph?
Well from what i consider as images that i wish i can sell, I haven;t sold anything yet kiki emoticon
What makes a good photographer in your opinion?
Well a good photographer, i guess should capture the story, quality comes next.
Do You Have A Favorite Walk Around Lens...If So What Is It?
My Nikkor 50mm1.8D.. If given a chance, I would love to have the 70-200 f2.8 Fastlens. Nikkor of course.
Which one item of equipment would you say is the most important to you?
Hmmh the Lense, considering the variety of results a group of lense with give me, if only I have a bunch of lenses...
What is the most rewarding part of photography?
The stress that I release turns out to be a good image, highly appreciated sometimes, i guess. It also gives me a sense of an unending endeavor, a gold mine of dreams that wouldn't get exhausted.
What is your most embarrassing experience as a photographer?
That would be when i don't get paid even one cent. I feel worthless when a requested photo session is not paid. But if it's a hobby, not being paid doesn't to me i.e. openshoot
How photography change your life?
It made me plan ahead, made me observe more, made me take a lot of beating at work cause i know in the end i can just squeeze myself of the treacherous experience when i apply them on my images. And I love drinking, but somehow, ever since i owned my D90 back in march, I haven't drank a single drop of alcohol. Well i guess that's a good change. kiki emoticon
I know you been working with some of the famous and influential people in the country but may I ask whom do you wish/dream to work with and Why?
I dream to work with hhmmmh,, anybody. My purpose when i work with somebody is to be inspired, I look at their images, and be friendly to the Person behind it. So I can't tell who.
What tips can you give to someone aspiring to be a professional photographer?
Always look at other people's works and be inspired. Edit and torture yourself for each picture that you take and always learn from the negative space that was from an old image, make it go away from your next image straight out of camera.
What are the best tools for a beginner to learn on (besides the camera)?
Several thousands of images that was taken artistically. it should provide us, Learners like me, with an understanding of a good shot, observe the lights and why it was shot that way. Do not ask how to do it, just learn why it was done that way.
What is your favourite recent image you have shot recently?
Well I have a lot cooking but my favorite as of 2015 is my "Puting Uwak" cause it gave my a beautiful image review and well confidence to make more beautiful images.
Can you describe it’s creation in regards to location, lighting, composition, camera settings etc, also your thoughts when creating the image and what it means to you?
It was shot in a forest park, lighting was overcast, which means the light was everywhere, it's the kind of light that a lot wouldn't like nut is very beneficial to me. camera setting is adjusted at 400iso, 1/200s, aperture is big. like around f2.2. My composition is grass foreground, with dried autumn like leaves around the models stage and tall trees in the background. That "Puting Uwak" kind of reminds me of things that are impossible, dreamy and somehow seeing something impossible is mesmerizing, and the colors I kinda like the combination, well basically 90% of that image already makes me smile and say, "Puputi din ung Uwak", cause what i thought I cannot do, in the past, I can somehow do today.
What are the pros and cons of being a photographer? Please be specific.
I will start with the cons.
- expensive gears like camera, lense, PP machine.
- unpredictable like the weather, the people you work with, the location's availability and myself, well sometimes kiki emoticon
- time consuming

- Makes me feel more alive
- Gives me a chance to express myself through art.
- Gives me a lot of characters due to the variety of images i can create.
- It gives me a chance to work with more people, establish a more friendly circle without too much conflicts.
- Makes my mind observe automatically which i can apply in life.
I know you like traveling for shoot or even for chill-out, can tell me where is the best place to be to do some shoot?
Antipolo, Rizal
And why there?
Because of the immense vegetation, and forests that can be seen around that place compared to others combined with the cool weather.
What goal are you working towards within your photography and when will you know you have reached it?
When I have my own studio and is making more than enough money to sustain lives everyday.

I proudly belong to Team Lampara of Dee Asuncion my Mentor.

want to be?
A physicist, a doctor, more likely something about science. Why? I love discovering things, and applying theory, so this would have been something i would be involved in.
How do you see yourself 20 or 30 yrs from now?

A legacy of Dark images and happy ones that inspire a variety of aspiring photographers, I hope so.
