Photos from my photo-outreach NGITI conducted last March in brgy. Tatalon QC.
Tatalon is one of the poorest areas in the city. Frequently hit by floods and fire, this community is a reflection of the Filipinos struggling to have a decent and happy life.
These are neither journalistic nor street photography. Im not claiming to be a street photographer, i specialize with portraiture kaya mas angat sa approach ko yung focus doon sa tao at sa mga ngiti.
Colors are not as i expected it dahil mejo di sakto yung calibration ng monitor ko. I had to test it first with different monitors pero mas lalo ako naconfuse :)) I wanted to do everything in black and white pero sayang yung details ng kulay so ayun.
