Homegrown premium craft brew brand Crazy Carabao has taken a bold step forward with the grand opening of its newly expanded brewery at Daystar Industrial Park, offering a one-of-a-kind destination where guests can sip, dine, and witness the brewing process firsthand. What began as a shared passion among friends to create craft beverages inspired by Filipino culture has evolved into a fast-growing local brand, now housed in a 762.95-square-meter facility equipped with advanced brewing technology and designed for both production and immersive experiences. The upgraded space invites visitors to explore the journey of every bottle—from fermentation to pouring—while enjoying a curated dining experience inside two intimate resto-pubs: Captain Crust, known for its comfort food and pizzas, and Crazy Carabao Restaurant, which serves elevated mains crafted by Chef Mon Miguel Marquez to perfectly complement the brand’s signature brews.

At the heart of the brewery is a commitment to quality and innovation, with each craft drink made using premium malts, hops, and yeast, combined with precision-controlled systems and stainless-steel fermenters that ensure consistency and flavor in every batch. The brand’s current lineup features a variety of distinctive options, including light and refreshing Pilsner, smooth Pale Ale, crisp Golden Ale, bold Indian Pale Ale (IPA), and fruit-forward selections like Apple Cider and Piña Colada, appealing to both seasoned craft brew enthusiasts and casual drinkers. With the introduction of a pilot brewing system, the facility also serves as a creative hub where new flavors and experimental brews can be developed before full-scale production, allowing the brand to continuously innovate and expand its offerings.

The expansion significantly boosts Crazy Carabao’s production capabilities, with additional fermentation tanks that increase output by up to 36 times, enabling the brewery to produce as many as 22,727 bottles per week across its growing range of variants. This increased capacity supports the brand’s widening distribution network, which now includes partnerships with major retail and convenience outlets such as Landers Superstore, S&R Membership Shopping, South Supermarket, 7-Eleven, and Uncle John’s. Beyond simply scaling operations, the brand remains focused on delivering fresh, high-quality craft beverages while fostering a deeper appreciation for Filipino craft drink culture.
