P.A. Properties Hankyu Hanshin, a joint venture between P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corporation (P.A. Properties) and Japan’s Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. (HHPC), proudly announced the official launch of Idesia Cabuyao East, a new Japanese-inspired community in Cabuyao, Laguna.
The launch event featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony, a house blessing for the new Mori model unit, and Kagami Biraki, a traditional Japanese ceremony symbolizing prosperity and good fortune. This significant milestone marks the seventh joint venture of P.A. Properties Hankyu Hanshin (PAHH), adding to their portfolio of successful subdivision projects in Dasmariñas, Lipa, San Jose del Monte, and Cabuyao.
“As we move forward, we are dedicated to ensuring that Idesia Cabuyao East meets the highest standards of development, with a strong focus on sustainability and quality,” said Atty. Marianne Reyna Lina-Cruz, President & CEO of P.A. Properties.
Building on the success of the first Idesia project in Cabuyao, PAHH aims to enhance the homeowner experience by offering spaces designed to foster a true sense of belonging. This vision is in harmony with Cabuyao City's ongoing developments, such as the upcoming North-South Commuter Railway, which will improve connectivity across Metro Manila, Calamba, and Clark Field, Pampanga. Notably, two stations—Cabuyao Station (4 km away) and Banlic Station (5 km away)—will be near Idesia Cabuyao East, further enhancing its appeal as a prime residential destination.
