Juan Luna E-Services Building

Formerly known as Pacific Commercial Building, this is the first office/headquarter of First National City Bank of New York (known today as CitiBank) in 1930's until 1940's.

The Pacific Commercial Building was built in 1922 with funding from the El Hogar Mutual Association.

The 92 year old building is currently undergoing in adaptive re-use and will be open for marketing as Juan Luna e-Services Building in a couple of months.

Right now the Juan Luna E-Services Building is being retrofitted to host a future business process outsourcing (BPO). The architect of this project is Augusto Villalon.
